Abstract Submission Guidelines

TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

The abstract submission for the 16th ISNI Congress in Chiba, Japan, October 5th – 8th, 2025, will open soon. You have to register to submit your abstract. The registration payment has to be done upon the outcome of your abstract; if the payment has not been made a week after the outcome, your abstract will be withdrawn. Maximum two abstracts pr. Participant.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

In order to participate in the selection process, please submit your abstract within TBC 

SUBMISSION RULES

Before you begin, please prepare the following information:

  1. Title, authors, affiliation:
    • Title (Lowercase, Bold, minimum 15, maximum 300 characters)
    • Authors (first names, middle initials, and last names) separated by a comma
    • Affiliations (Institution, Town, Country)
  2. Abstract text is limited to 400 words.
  3. The abstract should be divided into sections:
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion/Acknowledgements
  4. Only one table, graph, or figure is allowed; it should be included in one of the following formats: .pdf, .xlsx, .docx, .xls, .doc, .ods, or .odt (maximum size 6MB).
  5. Abstract topics: Please select your topic after consulting the list of topics listed below.
  6. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
  7. Any abbreviations should be defined where first mentioned.
  8. Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the abstract rests entirely with the authors. Accepted abstracts will be printed as submitted.
  9. Abstracts that do not adhere to the specifications mentioned above will be returned.
